I think Green is done if we lose Monday.

Benning needs to make a trade for goalie, Kemper or MAF if not and the sieves in net continue to be the worst tandem by a mile, he's done if this continues over the next 10 games.

Goaltending is the least of our worries.

We need DeAngelo in that locker room punching some of these losers.

We mind as well bring him in along with Ho-Sang and that Lias Anderson kid.  At least our locker room would be cocky as hell and full of themselves... maybe they'll play with more confidence then...

He put this team together. Travis can only coach what he's given.

Benning is gone before Green, for me.

They both may need to go.

We have several players that are stars who are slumping at the same time.

The common denominator to all of them is the coaching team.

Is there a better option to replace some of them? Hells yeah. Green who is an armature coach unwisely surrounded himself with an amateur coaching staff.

with all that said is it worth it to shine the spot light even brighter on our young players? Especially in a season where the coach coming in wouldn’t have much practice time with the team?

Having systems is about having a plan that can enable the type talent we have to play at their very best. But when a system and the talent don’t fit the result is this mess we are witnessing.

The teams changed, but the coaches and the systems have stayed the same failing to adjust and adapt to the amazing talent coming in. Think about it Petey would have had the same amazing rookie and sophomore season regardless of who the coach was. Quinn would have had the success in his rookie season. On and on we go with all our other players.

The out dated systems the Canucks coaching staff has decided to use hasn’t  changed with the team, and  if not for the talented  players we have had coming in the past few years, we would have seen this play out sooner than now.

Just looking at the schedule the time to make a change is RIGHT NOW, or the season is lost.

And the new GM will hire their own coaching staff unless they see this plummet as purposeful by both Green and the team.

We cant fire the players

We can fire the coach

same coach that has had 4 years and his solution tonight was to demote Hogs and insert Loui

Fire Green and maybe we can salvage this season

Goalies are getting hung out to dry by the defense.  Should be better options near the expansion draft so let's just roll with what we have for the rest of the year.

Doing it on purpose so none of them get picked and have to live in seattle
