Because our dumb system can't let left handed guys playing on the right side.

 

Schmidt is capable of playing on the right side but he couldn't adapt to our system. So they decided to just let the lefties play left and the righties play right.

 

If this turns into another blowout loss, we have to consider a coaching change.

Wish they'd just play on instinct....not what they're being programmed to do.  "Systems" only work if they're...working.  If they're not, abandon all the x's and o's and play on heart a bit more.  React rather than think.  Hit a guy who's trying to go around you...don't try to will him away.  They seem to be overthinking everything.
