I always miss my Mom a lot on Hockey Day in Canada.   I've told it too many times, but one of my last memories of Mom before she passed.    She really loved the Canucks.

Are we the only team in the world that refuses to have players go infront of the net on the PP? It's crazy to see our guys circle behind the net, look up with all the time and space to make a pass.. but the other 4 guys are standing waaay out on the perimeter. How does this work in newels head?

They fired Babcock for trying to hold Nylander and Rielly accountable for their refusal to even attempt to play defense.  The replacement simply isn't even trying to get his team to play like NHLers in their own end  When you create a culture where playing like Rielly and Nylander is acceptable, very few guys will bother putt in an honest effort in their own zone.
