Yeah sure, I didn't like some of the personnel they employed, but there was a reason why I listened all these years. I got to know B Mac a bit and he was probably one of the best people I've ever met. For them to get this treatment from Bell is a slap in the face not just to the employees but the listeners. It’s like there has been a plane crash with everyone killed. So very sad. In an odd way, although the talk is often complaining about this or that and stirring minor controversy, at the bottom it was always about buddies, small talk and light-hearted humour. I will miss them all greatly. One more thing, Bell has shown itself to be the worst of corporate citizens and the most heartless of employers in how they handled this. Disgusting. And how hypocritical to “support” mental health and then inflict mental suffering in a most cruel way on dozens of employees and their families. Maybe some don't like 1040, but I don't wish on anyone to lose their job, especially during this time of the pandemic. I hope that Bell is raked over the coals and made to suffer for this.
