Very even game so far. Definite brain fart by Schmidt after being on the ice for over 2 min. This is still an improvement over all the games we lost so far this year, and we haven't lost yet.

Schmidt's gaff. Bo's pass too....thing is, it's the sloppy play that stands out.  Beat themselves with that stuff.

 

Last game they were ON....this game they're having a few "lapses".  Costly ones.

We are stuck with his massive contract for a while.  Hes not going to magically get better in his 30s.

He's a #3.

 

#4 D are not good enough to lead you in ice-time during a cup run. Top 2 in ice-time each year. All on a good team too. Was one of their most important players. Played the harder minutes since Theodore was only used for offense. They only move him because Pietrangelo is a #1D while he's a #3.

 

Comes to Vancouver and struggles. Not sure that's because he sucks.

Other teams don't have this type of abysmal decision making processes. It speaks to the skill level and IQ of individual players not the system.  It also speaks to "chemistry" the make up of the team isn't cohesive at the moment and will continue to need development before turning into a true fluid machine. 

Elite level games are decided on mistakes. Our inexperience and lack of leadership is glaring.
