McDrasaitl are good for 2 goals on a bad night and if they get offense elsewhere they're scoring 4+ at least. I doubt the Flames tank. Their schedule is pretty lax so it's not like they'll have to rotate guys. They play the Jets today(technically today) then have 3 days off, play the Senators then have 3 days off and then play the Canucks and have 3 days off. If MTL $&!#s the bed they have a shot at the playoffs too. If they're eliminated they at most play youngsters in for fringe players which is still better than our roster. Half our players are either rookies or fringe players. We've got so many regulars out. Have faith, we are probably drafting top 8. Hop aboard the tank, there's room. Newest team takes 1st overall! 2. It immediately trolls Canucks fans who have been waiting 50 years. 3. It adds insult to injury to the Canucks themselves who the league still holds a grudge against. A freaking one percent chance Dallas got first overall in one sim, and Arizona (forfeited first round pick) also. Wouldn't that be nice to get.
