I’m just saying. This is general hockey discussions board. .  Firing of a head coach is a big deal. There’s little discussion about why he was fired or regarding his actual replacement.

Anddddddd.............

If there's a guy you need to model yourself after it's Burr. Worked his way into the NHL the hard way. Never gave up. And was part of one of the best lines in the Vancouver Canucks. Burr = hard work. If his coaching the same as his playing, he's going to be head coach in the NHL some day.

Burr didn’t just work hard, he worked smart. He worked so well with the Sedins because he was able to figure out what they were doing and adapt while so many others couldn’t. I seem to remember AV saying he was the smartest (hockeywise) player on the team.

Doesn’t surprise me at all that he’s having success as a coach. Hockey IQ, hard work, non-stop talker, and had great relationships with his teammates.

Congratulations Burr!

Buh bye Clod.  I would have fired you long ago.

I like Muller but it's hard to argue with promoting AB.

Best of luck to the Habs.

Quite a group they have to work with.

An enviable veteran top 4 as good as any.

Great goaltending.

Lots of  balance in their scoring.  Some quality youth in the mix.

Could be a great season for the Habs.
