I like Virtanen on Horvat's wing....

 

Virtanen has the lowest on ice goals against on the team (1.5 per 60 at es) - with only 40.6% ozone starts.

.951 on ice save percentage. 

Lots of development time in the bottom 6 - can handle dzone starts and matchups imo (so much time with Sutter over the years).

 

Horvat likes the transition - likes to score on the rush - suits Virtanen's game imo.

 

And neither Horvat nor Pearson were reading off Hoglander well, so - why not?

If Hamonic can return to form he could be a really good player, and we could use him if he can. Need to get him playing.
