Aint backup goalies suppose to be on the cheaper side.  Should of brought in Richard Bachman (sp) has more fight then holtby.

So no virtanen in the line rushes but he’s out practicing the powerplay? Is he in or not?

it's a secret - we have to leave the opposition hanging.... they'll strategize much differently :sadno:

Leafs are playing a back to back situation and probably wont be as prepared looking at the Canucks and the standings. Good opportunity to get a win here but let’s see what we get

They r thinking gonna pad the stats..... ahl team.

So Benning is speaking to Rintoul and Virtanen isn't in the starting line-up.

And Juolevi is out again.......

Nah they’ve struggled against Ottawa for the reason I mentioned. After beating us those 3 straight, they won’t have the right mind set.

You know he does have shades of Bachman. Boy does he make himself look small in net.

Uncle Benn is getting us to the playoffs. Obviously we can’t lose. OJ is not good Dman. Too young.

You would figure that this year, and the circumstance they are in, is a prime opportunity to give OJ more experience and to see what he can do and what he needs to work on.

Yeah, he was visibly developing his game and gaining confidence right before our eyes.  Not sure if holding him out from playing for weeks is going to stall that, but it doesn't help.  I can see Green's logic though. He needs to win, and he's not taking out newly acquired Hamonic who is improving every game. And Benn is a vet who is predictable and mostly dependent defensively.

Green confirmed that Demko will get the start tonight.

Not sure why that would even be up for debate.

Tell your friend no.  That we are running away with the division and he should place a large bet with you of them winning the Cup this season.
