Watching Hoglander's tenacity and skill man is ridiculous. 

 

Man imagine him a few more seasons under his belt, this kid is going to be a legitimate threat going forward. His work ethic really seems to add a jump to our group.

 

Imagine facing a team that has exemplified work ethic in Motte, Hoglander, Hawrlyuk, and Podkolzin?  I'd hate to face that, constant fighting for their lives mentality and nipping at your toes.
