He decided not to, just to save a few cap bucks for the Panthers gene though it would cost us millions. Glad you went there cause I was also very critical of Luongos' decision to retire instead of going in the LTIR; does this decision tarnish his legacy as a Canuck - ? - (imo, this decision of his should be considered and his time in the ROH should be put on hold for a looooong time).
