His analytics are certainly poor, which may be reflected in his current value around the league (not that every GM cares about such things).

He hasn't been good, but is capable of more.

 

I'd just think if a contending team like Washington is moving out players, it's because they're bringing others in. Otherwise might as well keep the depth in case you need it.
