I can only imagine how great it would feel if we could all be there tomorrow to welcome the guys back onto the ice. I’ve got a hunch that it might be one of the loudest crowds ever. I don’t care much about the outcome but I’ll be awfully happy to see them back.

The first wave Laraque got it, and he'd been running 10k a day preparing for a marathon .... it hospitalized him and was pretty bad.   Sure he's not playing anymore, but i doubt these guys run 10k a day either, at least not during the season.   You just never know with this virus...

its called COVID, not the flu. professional athletes  can get very sick  with it and  some have even suffered with long term effects.  some players around the league have said they are still not back to normal!

I think it was Schmit and Virtanen still have it or on protocols.

Woohooooooooo, game day/drunk posting day tomorrow, can’t wait, can we stop all the negativity and be happy we’re returning back to action. Heck, if I can sacrifice no more “fire Green” posts for the rest of the season as promised can’t we be happy that it’s game on?

Sounds like the players vs management & ownership is a bigger feud than whatever this game is supposed to be lol.

 

Not a great look for the organization after what Friedman reported.  Then again, when was the last time the Canucks did something that warranted a good look?  The bubble?  Lol

What a difference a decade makes.  This time 10 years ago, we were all united behind the team, believing we could slay Chicago and go all the way.  Now?  Massive portions of fans hate the team and management, players not fond of the management, it's an absolutely mess from top to bottom.
