Amazing how much better the PK is with Motte and Edler back. Ottawa was moving the puck pretty good too

That blown 5 on 3 to close out the game worries me. 

 

I feel like a slightly better team than OTT would have taken us to overtime or shootout. 

 

Not playing with desperation on that PP is inexcusable. 

 

Glad we pulled out a win tonight.

It's funny how 2 weeks ago Holtby, the Pearson signing and the Gaudette trade had the Benning haters getting carpel tunnel from 1000nds of tweets and raising money to fly a GD banner.

If we come back to make the playoffs Holtby's back to back wins after 40+ days off will obviously be the TSN turning point. Pearson seems to be back to the 20+ goal scorer we have seen since he's been here and our bottom six without AG seems to struggle less in our zone.

Plus what are we 11 and 4 without our best player?

They really need to sign Hamonic, he has not only filled Tanevs role but he is way more physical. Plus Hughes and him are really working well together.

Hawryluk fighting. Highmore pressure.  Big Mac making his presence felt and drawing a penalty. 

Myers with big hits.

That's the physicality we need to answer these high pressure teams.
