linden17
How proud can/should we be for Kevin bieksa? Our own boy just killing it on HNIC. At first this was an iterm position but it’s pretty clear he’s there to stick. You can tell they lean on him a bunch for wit and his views. What’s your favourite Kevin moment? Mine are too many but tonight during the post game Kevin says this “ Connor skating around laughing at all his teammates like he was “toadstool” from Mariokart.” . Just gold!!! Let’s hear your Kevin stories/memories! Is fedor fedorov reading this?

Popular Post Alflives
I remember hearing Bieksa interviews as a player, and thinking he’d be great as an analyst. He’s bright, funny, and interesting. I think he’s really wealthy and does the analyst stuff simply because he enjoys it so much. Maybe he feels a sense of freedom to say what he’s truly thinking, unfiltered, because he’s really having fun. This is kind of like golfing for him. It’s a fun thing to do in retirement. He’s really a breath of fresh air for sure. 1 3
Wanless
Last hockey night in Canada, McLean was praising Burrows for his coaching success. Bieksa pipes in, "good to see you finally giving But the respect he deserves, Ron". I damn near choked on my beer laughing so hard I clicked on this thread thinking it was suggesting Bieksa should be looked at for some sort of coaching role. He has shown excellent breakdowns of plays, is a great communicator and would command everyone's respect and attention. I know he has no experience in coaching but look at Malholtra

Juice will someday embarrass and slam Ron as payback. Ron knows this and I've noticed Ron tread lightly around Juice.
rekker
Anyone else do a double take when number 3, Rathbone is on the ice. Man I miss Juice in his prime.
tas
the casual, upright skating stride. the casual, ill-advised forays up the ice. the scowls. the beatdowns. the guy was (a) character and we were lucky to have him.
