Hoglander has been the best Canuck other than Demko.

Highmore out with the empty net.

You know, you make a good point. Green always chooses to play it safe. And personally, that's what I don't like about his approach. You shouldn't always be playing preventative defense.

Highmore has been solid defensively, which is great. But again, to me, Green seems to be focused on the fear of loss.

Not good.

Should've had the hog or edler out there.

I like Highmore's game. He may not stick due to his production, but his positioning is very good. Calm in the D Zone and very aware defensively

Team guy for sure

Very much agree. I see him like Motte-Lite: optimally suited for bottom 6 energy and defensive duties, but can be an top 6 match option. Gaudette may be the better player, but Highmore is proving to be more useful as the team stands.

You 100% have to cheer for Oilers or Leafs, who would you cheer for?

You have to, cant opt out cant nothing.

Easy. Oilers.

Call me names all you want, watching McDavid is worth the price of admission.

Edler has more games coming up to get his 100th.

Höglander had 2 goals bagged already, a hatty is even more rare.

I'd hazard a guess that if Edler gets his 100th this season, he'll retire in the summer

A freak no doubt. Look at that unicycle juggling stuff. As for COVID, quite a few people, mostly the younger set are asymptomatic.

My brother is 49yrs old. He had it, but no symptoms..

It affects everyone differently.

We are going to win 7 in a row now. These boys have pride and they could care less about a top 3 draft pick, besides Benning will draft a stud at pick 5 or 6 anyways. All is good, sign Green, sign Huggersson twins to 5 year deals, rid of Eriksson and shore up our D! Let’s go :towel:

I hope not, he hasn't excelled at 5 and 6 haha.

wow that sucks. Canucks cant even tank properly lol. We lose enough games to be eliminated yet win enough games to not even pick in top 10.<_<

Yeah, with way Winnipeg is playing and the complete lack of motivation by the flames, I can easily see us win 5 games and only lose to Edmonton.

But most likely finishing bottom 8/9.

With a 1 goal lead I get it. But with a 2 goal lead you have to give the kid a shot. Although Hoglander is solid enough defensively to be out there defending a 1 goal lead.
