The Canadiens have announced they will be able to host 2,500 fans (approximately 11.7% capacity) for playoff games at Centre Bell beginning on May 28th.

I wouldn't even consider it until I was fully vaccinated.  Even then, I want vaccine passports to be mandatory for things like this.
