Main job though is to filter footage for pre game and post-game meetings as well a videos for the coaching staff to coach players. AKA a fancy title for a video editor that knows some hockey. Brown deserved to be let go, what other team uses their best and only real shooter as the down low guy on PP?? Absolute nonsense. I do wonder who is running the PP now though. Someone who could take a first year team and take them to the finals...or maybe an international team from a 0-3 deficit and win gold. He seems to already have a great handle on the defensive issues of this team and hopefully is given some leeway to oversee Baumgartner. I am still a bit disappointed Baumer was retained. I especially like the part where he says Hughes needs to learn to use his offensive strengths on the defensive side of the puck. I said this same thing the other day when explaining why Hughes struggles. Part of that is the way he is asked to play defensively. Its not about turning anyone into something they're not.
