Tampa Bay is just taking advantage of their special cap circumvention deal.  They get to use an extra 20% of player TOI.

Number 1 reason I will be rooting against Tampa no matter who they play if they get to the finals. I hate Vegas (to give you an idea how much I would root for Boston and Toronto over them) but at least they are not gaming the system to stack their team.

 

Maybe I am just jealous that Benning hasnt found a way to do that with Erikssons contract the past 3 years.
