Lehner doesn't get bumped off position like Fluery, he's too big and can handle the physical stuff in the crease. Have to go with the big guy next game.

Lehner's gotta be in. Fleury's problem is that he over commits. If he slides for a one-timer or a cross-crease, one pass back and its a tap in. Lehner is a solid blocking style goalie, much different from Fleury, but he's far from the best at playing that way. I hope MTL can solve him because he played well in game 5 and it took a breakaway to beat him.

Price/Webber have been ‘that good’ for so long, they deserve the ultimate reward. Just like the Sedins did/do….sigh.

I would love to see Weber hoist that cup as Captain. I hate to say it but this is likely Price & Weber's last shot. They are playing amazing and I cant see it happening again next year. I really hope they can win.

Out of the 4 teams that remain the Habs have the least skill but the most heart it seems. I am not a Habs fan but it would be nice to have a Canadian team finally win the Cup. It’s been too long,

Not sure Bettman and his dirty referees will allow it though...

As I’ve stated before, only way this works is when a Canadian team blows out their opponent.   Refs can’t combat that.
Game 6 will be completely different.  Lehner is in and as much as I like this guy and his battle with mental illness, he’s one cocky piece of turd.   Especially after a win!

go Habs go

Even if the Habs to make it to the finals you think they have a chance of getting past Tampa ?

I think the chance of that is .000001%

Nah.   If Vegas got to the final i'd give them 60/40 odds of beating TB.   TB small skilled forwards would have a tough time battling equally fast larger forwards in a long series.   So if MTL pulls it off i'm giving them about the same odds as winning the cup this year, and like this series will say MTL in six.

Their own fans booed them.  When that team goes into its soon to come downturn, their rink will be empty.

Fans can sure be petty at times.   Comes with the territory of being the team that supposed to win i suppose.   MTL in six ?... at the very least there is going to be a game seven which is good for hockey fans.

Vegas fans haven’t experienced prolonged losing.  They booed their team.  That rink will be empty, and the buzz around their team (in Vegas) will disappear when they go on the inevitable losing that comes with a retool/rebuild.

And he wanders behind the net like an old lady at Value Village.

Tampa forward’s have way more skill than Vegas or Montreal.  The Islanders are more like Vegas and the Habs.

That would be glorious.   Problem is they won't have to rebuild for 3-4 years yet ... hope they have a good old 10-15 year crap cycle after that, imagine that!
