Numerous cheap shots, turtles when he's called to answer for them, cries like a little baby when his teammates get sick of his trash.  No respectable team would tolerate that gutless piece of trash constantly disgracing the franchise.

Like father like son.

To bad I had high hopes for him when he was drafted and the following years. He’s still young and hopefully this makes him wake up for his own sake.

unless of coarse he did what he’s been accused of in which case good riddance.

He had issues before all these allegations.  "Issues" related to on ice performance.  Some guys just need a change of scenery (and maybe this is what Jake needs).  Look at Michael Grabner as an example.  These guys do have talent else they wouldn't have been drafted in the 1st round.

Plus they started hitting him more. Which slows him down.

This is the problem when guys are bigger in the CHL vs. NHL. In the NHL he's just slightly above average. He couldn't push people around anymore.

So the question is if Jake, not trying can get 36 points. Can he get to 40 or 50 with the right situation?

JB has cleared 14M in cap this off-season. Don't think any other GM has managed that much. Sure, he added 7M and Garland and needs to do some signings, but I don't remember the last time I saw a team shed that much cap so quickly.

7.2 and garland apparently wants 3-3.5 and Dickinson will be the same

so he we cleared what?
we moved out some mistakes added one new (OEL) one an undersized forward and a solid third liner.

so we moved out 14 mill 4 picks and got around a  14 mill  cap hit back.

Of the three Dickinson is probably my favourite move addresses the total lack of any physicality this team has.

OEL will help but 7.2 hurts long term and he’s know as being “ permissive” in the d zone so the d is still butter soft snd easy to play against.
garland would be great if the team wasn’t already a smaller soft team.

shmidt and holtby leaving should be the real gains in cap but only if spender  Jim doesn’t repeat as a ufa loser.

See ya Jake have fun in Russia! There is a reason why you draft BPA especially with a top 10 pick. What could have been if we picked Ehlers/Nylander like we were supposed to

Trying to get Nylander to stop floating and being stuck with a lazy guy making 7 million who doesn't care whether or not his team wins?

And if they flopped or weren't as good as the local kid playing in our backyard, people would have ripped him another asshole for that one.

Get an assortment of vodka (Russian, Swedish, Finnish) and whisky (Canadian and American), and have a shot corresponding to each nationality that hits the scoresheet.

Example: Miller to Podkolzin to Pettersson into the net = Absolut for Pettersson, Stolichnaya for Podkolzin, and Jack for Miller.

Example2: Boeser to OJ to Horvat into the net = Crown for Horvat, Finlandia for OJ, and Wild Turkey for Boeser.

Just hope they don't decide to go on a 16-2 tear like Team Canada did almost 19 months ago against the Germans in the World Jrs.  :bigblush:

Dammit.....JB better get busy and draft some Scottish players....
