Popular Post cuporbust
Could be one of the best value contracts in the league in a year or two 2

Popular Post Devron
Short deal, I wouldn’t have liked it much. Would have gotten a higher cap hit come UFA status 5 years. This is a great deal!
86Viking
Hope this works out well for the Canucks, hoping for 50-60pts per year from him

And also, Aqua is not a cheap man. Shame on all those ppl who say he was cheap. Hilarious all the rumors saying they were cash poor. 2

Popular Post Johnny Torts
This is a great deal. Kids a legit player and if his upward trajectory continues this contract will look like a steal, fairly quickly.

48MPHSlapShot
A bit more than I was expecting, but we got him locked up, and that's what's important. If nothing else, I'll be able to sleep a little easier knowing that he can't be offer sheeted now.

Like every other business, they may have anticipated cash flow problem with the pandemic. With how everything is opening up, looks like cash flow concerns ain't an issue anymore.

He used both our compliance buyouts, spends to the cap every year, and bought our AHL affiliate outright. Anyone who thinks Aquilini is cheap never experienced our previous owners. Popular Post Pears
Only way you don’t like this contract is if you have an anti Benning agenda. This is really good value.
therodigy
Solid deal! Much needed cost control for an incredibly underated top 6 forward. Now onto Petey!
Warhippy
Good term. 1 million over value imo. But what do I know

iinatcc
Hmm it's $500,000 too high I think. Also not sure if this is a steal considering Anthony Duclair's extension and only a millon less than Taylor Hall? Popular Post EternalCanuckFan
Something I am liking with the Dickinson and Garland additions is that the forward group is going to have a lot more tenacity and speed. Podkolzin helps with this too. The Canucks now have many forwards who are known to have a relentless motor (including Hoglander) who can legitimately pressure opposing teams in pretty much all three zones and are much more dangerous offensively than last year. I know Garland is being slotted alongside Horvat which I think is a natural fit but with the versatility of the incoming forward group (at least what we have so far, who knows if there will be further changes), I could see Garland also being very dangerous with Miller. The Canucks have way more options up front with the addition of Garland. 1 4 2
