First Fluery and now Reaves. 2 fan fav's moved in matter of days. Now Vegas won't play with quite the same edge. Reaves made everyone braver when in their lineup.

Exactly right. Love this move from a Canucks perspective. All those guys running around acting tough and cocky won't be anymore lol....

They're better without him, if you're not buying into his antics he's useless. I'm more surprised he's worth a third.

Not sure about that, they were a very chippy and chripy team, they won't be anymore when they don't have him as the deterrent.

Lest we forget...on Jun 23 2017... he was...

Traded to Pittsburgh (PIT) from St Louis (STL) with 2017 2nd round pick (#51) for Oskar Sundqvist and 2017 1st round pick (#31)

That 31st pick? Klim Kostin.

You wanna talk about awful trades? This was one.

If all you can do as a player is hit, talk $&!#, and fight, you're not likely to stick in this league in a significant capacity. The enforcer has gone the way of the dodo for the most part, he's an anomaly.

Having a deterrent is overstated imo, teams gotta rally together with or without that guy. I'd say the league and it's joke called player safety are a larger impact on guys getting hurt than enforcers somehow stopping guys from taking runs or making questionable hits.
