To NJD: Eetu Luostarinen To TBL: Conor Dewar Fabian Zetterlund Thanks to @Mike Vanderhoek for the negotiations. Mike has been after Eetu since we took over the team and after sending scouts to many New Jersey Devils games, they came back with the two guys as priority players. We wish Eetu all the best in New Jersey. We welcome Conor and Fabian to the Tampa Bay Lightning. Both players we feel are right there when it comes to playing in the big leagues. Conor will start out with our big club while Fabian will head down to Syracuse for the time being 2 hours ago, Mike Vanderhoek said: TRADE: The Buffalo Sabres have made a trade with the Tampa Bay Lightning. To BUF: Alexis Lafreniere Barclay Goodrow To TBL: Nick Suzuki Shane Pinto Noel Gunler Joel Kiviranta Hugo Alnefelt Thanks to @lethunder for a deal that ame together pretty quick last night. When we put a feeler out for Lafreniere, we did not expect to get offers so quick, but our phones rang and right out of the gate Buffalo offered a great package. We are very excited to add Nick, Shane, Noel, Joel and Hugo to the team and we wish all the best to Alexis and Barclay. Nick and Shane we feel were big gets in this deal. We are a big fan of Nick's game and think he can continue to grow into an elite forward. Shane and Noel are some prospects we are excited to watch develop. Shane should come back hungry after his injury, and Noel is a high risk, high reward player with a lethal shot. Hugo we hope will grow into a 1A/1B goalie, if not a fringe starter. We are hoping that Joel can re-find his game, our coaches will work with him to get his confidence back 2 hours ago, Mike Vanderhoek said: TRADE: The Toronto Maple Leafs have made a trade with the Tampa Bay Lightning. This deal was in place about a month ago, but we wanted to see if Carey was going to come back or if he even wanted to come back to Tampa as we rebuild. With him restarting his Knee reha, he informed us that he wanted a chance to have a fresh restart with another team so we granted him that wish. We are very happy to have gotten the package that we did. We feel Ingram will be a backup next year and really love his comeback story. Chekhovich is tearing things up in the KHL and we hope that he will come back to North America, we feel he is a prospect worth keeping tabs on. And we are happy to acquire a veteran like Martin Jones Again thanks to all 3 trade partners. We are happy with our last 24 hours of work and excited for more to come! 1

Janis Jerome-Moser - 3 years, $6 million ($2 million per season) We’re absolutely thrilled to bring Janis into the fold. We’ve been after him since the summer when he went in the 2nd-round as a 20-year-old, but even we didn’t expect him to be a top-4 defender right out of the gate. Our hope is that he will fit in with our long-term goal as we enter our youth movement, and we see him being a big part of our blueline for years to come. We have Askarove, who has been said to be the best since Price to be drafted, and now we got him the perfect mentor. We feel Carey will give us much needed stability in our crease once he comes back healthy. We feel he is also a big candidate to get moved to a contender this year, but deep down we are hoping the Oilers make a push at him. If Oilers end up trading for him we could find ourselves in a VERY good spot next year, and maybe even this year (doubt it). 1 could dream We would like to thank @Tylezfor the negotiations, and we look forward to many more deals in the future!.. Appreciate you gifting us with the best player (McDavid), and the best goalie (Price) in the league We would like to apologize to you Habs fans out there as well. We know how heart breaking it will be for you to see Carey bring Toronto to the promised land next year!
