It's still surreal that something like this happened, I recall hearing about it rather vividly. Flying is the norm at the NHL level, I dunno about the rest of you but I take the fact our guys will get to their next game safely for granted and can't imagine how I'd react if something similar were to happen to our Canucks. 


It was devastating for the hockey world then, and for many it likely still is. Wild how it's been ten years.

I wish I recognized every name on the list, but I'm only familiar with Ruslan Salei, Pavol Demitra, Brad McCrimmon, Igor Korolev and Alexander Kapovtsev.  I wish each of the men lost and their families peace with this tragedy.  I can't believe 10 years have passed.  Makes me very sad for the loss of lives.
