That is what I noticed too, he complements our skilled players. He does things JV/Roussel should have been doing. He does have skill as well so I would like to see him in the line up somewhere. There might be other players on IR which could allow them to be on the opening roster. The recall issue is for being sent down before the team goes in LTIR. Last season bringing Juolevi back up was pretty much a non issue for his bonus. His own demotion created a bonus pool equal to his own bonus - so bringing him back up would simply put the bonus pool back at zero.
