A huge huge thank you to @Relyt Krets for fact checking all of the positions for players on the spreadsheet.

The player positions are now linked to a VLOOKUP formula from the same sheet which is being pulled to find a players age.

All player positions are based off of Elite Prospects.

If you see any discrepancies, please contact either of us!

We have a trade to announce...

To NJD - Nick Ritchie

To TBL - Brett Connolly

Very pleased to welcome Nick to the organization. We plan on giving him lots of opportunity in all situations so he can further develop his game. Brett was just sitting in the ahl eating up salary.

Being able to move Brett for a playable forward with a high pedigree and physical game was certainly a plus. This situation works great for our counterparts in Tampa as well!

Thanks for the talks, and welcome Nick Ritchie!

The San Jose Sharks have signed Sergei Bobrovsky to a 4 year deal worth $25.000M ($6.250M AAV).

@HighOnHockey

I cannot overstate how excited we are to add Bobrovsky. We finally got our goalie. Thought it was going to be Blackwood, and we still think he could be a stud, but he's young and needs time to work it out. We're trying to win now and didn't have time to wait. We had our sights set on Bobrovsky for quite a while now, and we think this move is a huge step in the direction from being just an up-and-coming team to legit contenders.

Still looking to make another move or two to bolster the top end of our forward group, whether through trade or UFA. Vrana and Bjorkstrand are involved in a number of talks regarding marquee veteran forwards.

A couple spots left to fill. The 2022-23 NJ crew is starting to get assembled. We have around 10m left to spend. Hoping to add one top 4 D and if budget affords it a top 6 forward.
