Our defense was average...  Quinn, Rathbone, Poolman and OEL had very strong games.  My boy Myers was just average, and Rathbone had quite a tough game.

Garland was by far our best forward.  Hoggy was great again, and Horvat was fighting the puck a lot today EXCEPT for the two goals of course.

Dowling, Highmore, Pearson and Boeser had fairly good games.

Everybody else really struggled out there, most notably Elias, but also Miller and Lammikko.  At least Lammikko and Miller battled through it and contributed with energy.

MVP: Demko, of course.

So, it's Garland putting the team on his back. Someone's gotta do it.

Garland has been great but don't forget about Bo and Demko as well.  But yeah, that goal by Garland was totally clutch, and he's been good every game.  Go Canucks Go!

Stop. He’s not a delicate flower. Start playing or get lost.

Exactly, the swagger with which he carries himself lends no sympathy from me tbh. I really want him to succeed and be a franchise level talent, but he's nowhere near matthews level clearly, as some people on here claim

The reason he is sucking is because he HAS been sitting.

Glad we won, but this team is clearly missing on a couple cylinders. Still, finishing a road trip over .500 isn't anything to complain about.

Exactly, give EP more games, he's missed a lot of hockey in the past two years.
