I'm no good with lineups before they are announced.  Instead, I will just go with my favourite fan created season opener pump up video.  This one comes from the 2010-11 season, which was pretty much the greatest season in team history.

A very good test of an opponent.  They are a way better team than when we last played them a couple years ago mostly because of Kaprizov.  They did just have their first loss to Nashville, let’s make it 2 in a row for them and show that at home we can be a super dominant team.

The problem is they don’t seem to role the 2 lines. The first unit always takes 1:30.

 

Id like to see them start with the 2nd unit sometimes

I think its tougher to start when they don't have a natural center there to take draws. By default my mind says maybe Pearson and maybe Boeser (as he did often for UND in college). 

 

Would be nice if they moved a center to that unit like Bo or Miller.

Yes let’s sit Podkolzin and then play him on the wing he doesn’t usually play on and take away one his his greatest assets this team needs which is driving the net. Much easier to do on your off wing which is the position Podz likes to play. I get it’s a bit easier in your own zone and breaking out this way, but I’d much rather be utilizing Podkolzins strengths. This is what I don’t like about Green, doesn’t properly utilize his players and tries to make most of them play the same way in his crappy system. (Boeser net front presence on pp) Ever notice how physical/creative players are when they first get here and then it disappears? Look how much more gritty OEL & Garland are than the rest of our team. 
 

Also if pp1 is going to get that much time OEL should be on the unit with Hughes. Move Miller to the 2nd unit. Hughes can be the rover so we can actually get some movement on the pp.
