Popular Post -Vintage Canuck-
For those wondering, Hamonic isn’t fully vaccinated yet, so he can’t cross the border for this upcoming road trip. 8 8 1 1
tas
out of curiosity, to what extent and under what circumstances can a team loan a player their ahl team without waiving him? is this considered a conditioning stint, maximum 2 weeks or whatever? I believe Travis already cleared waivers, so he's good to go. 2

I think he has around five NHL games and 20 NHL roster days left of exemption, since clearing waivers. He was originally recalled November 1st. At that point, because he’d already cleared waivers, he was exempt until he either played 10 NHL games, or had been on the NHL roster for 30 days, whichever comes first. Someone else can do the math. I haven’t had my coffee yet. 1

Would he be a risk of being claimed ? I doubt it Anyway Rathbone shouldn't have been sent down anyway, the way Schenn was playing defense. I'd rather see Rathbone making those mistakes than Schenn. Schenn is pretty good in his role and he always stands up for his teammates. Schenn over Rathbone for me. 3 1 6 1

-AJ-
Nice chance for Jack to play some games. Even though I don't think he's NHL ready, I hope he plays if he's called up. Give him another chance to win a spot over the rotating 6th men or at least continue to learn.

Nuxfanabroad
Through the marathon of an NHL reg season, at least we have some D-depth. The longer we can delay the necessity of inserting Hunt, the bigger the win. 1 1
