Maybe he'd buy into a system that actually made sense.  Sounds like this could easily be solved by replacing Green and his clown college crew with a coach who has a properly functioning brain.

For example - look at how both Nate Schmidt and OEL produced points outside of Vancouver, and how they “produced” in Vancouver.  Same as Holtby.  Why has Dickinson fallen off a Cliff?   While I give Green the lions share of the blame here, I also give Benning blame in not realizing the damage that Green is causing.  You can take a horse to the well but you can’t make him dink.

That said, if we were to assume it was true, and Miller is the guy not buying in, isn't it the coaches job to ensure he and everyone else does buy in? Or at the very least relay to the GM that Miller is undermining him and needs to go?

Listen to the soundclip that I linked.  Hirsch says that he flies with the team and gets to spend a lot of time around them.  

 

Pretty damning stuff if you ask me, and I'm definitely not on team Hirsch here (couldn't stand him commentating on tv).

I would like to see us change coaches HOWEVER we have a bigger problem if the leaders of this team feel it's okay to stop believing in the system and playing for a coach.  

 

If what you're saying is true, then it won't matter what coach we get in as the team will quit on him at the first sign of trouble.

JT Miller's faults are the least concerning part of this team. The guy really called out the team before last night's game and then tried to drag everyone into the fight, but once again there were too many passengers.

Kinda like when Naslund walked into Burke's office.  We need one of our guys to step up and tell Benning to replace Green with an actual coach to remove the real cancer from the room.
