  1. Fire Green to start with.
  2. Make Stan Smyl  temp GM.
  3. Move Benning to Scouting.
  4. Move Shaw to Coach
  • If by the trade deadline the team is not preforming . Trade the Following players Horvat, Miller, Boeser , Motte , and Hoglander. Get some size in the bottom 6 that can play. Stock up with Draft picks and  prospects .
  • reset and start with a new GM and he can hire a new coach to start next year

Should any trades be made before a new GM is hired though?

Bo should show up and give it his all if he wants to win games. He's been one of the biggest passengers for a while now.

Yeah his line mates have nothing to do with that.
Pearson LE and a plethora of ahl plugs over the last 8 years. Still has pearson on one side.
Leads the league in face offs taken

leads the league in face off wins only Center in the team that wins draws. Stupid passager getting put out with different line mates in a situation what a jerk he needs to do more.
Maybe  swear and bust a stick like a JR B player.
When the teams This big a mess it’s tough to pin it on anyone player.

Bo is far from a passager and if he is it’s because green and Jb are on watch at the helm of the queen of the north.

I just don't understand the apathy from - coaches - management - ownership.

They could have tried a few little things, a benching here and there  (I mean a whole game not a period)  Healthy Scratches.
Even some small trades.  Even a call up from the farm.

If you are failing over and over....isn't that an indicator that something must/needs to change?

I know I'm done, can't even stand to watch the pathetic efforts on ice.

I'm really just curious and I'll post this in a few places until we get the numbers.

Is this a coaching issue?  Can someone look at players (not Player Name) who have been traded or let go in the last 3 seasons and see what they look like in other systems/different coaches?

If the numbers are positive would that not indicate that coaching is an obvious issue as opposed to ownership, management or the roster?

Super curious if someone has actually done this math and seen what the numbers look like.  Seems like it would be glaringly obvious and immediately indicative.

you can get a quick look at it using hockey reference.

Edler and Schmidt having much better years. Gadjovich and MacEwan sticking on better teams. Holtby. More marginal guys like Stecher, Vesey, etc. about the same.

Edler has 10 pts which is the same as Boeser and Hogelander and doublr that of OEL. Tanev has a better +/- than any of the Vcr D, Put it all together and ......

watch us trade Boeser, and he goes somewhere where he's deployed properly and pots 30+ goals.
