Igor Larionov continues working with the men's national team. Zubov is familiar with the World Juniors having won gold with the Soviet Union in 1989 and silver in 1990. Later in his career the long-time NHL defenceman won Olympic gold in 1992 and the Stanley Cup with the New York Rangers in 1994 and with the Dallas Stars 1999.
