once we started playing hockey guys got hurt 

that’s when depth comes in 

the need to insert hunt shows a lack of depth. As does chiasson and doweling

The topic of in dressing room should be hitting the net,  bb goal against the king was going to miss the net by about 3 ft and got lucky it went off the skate  and the game against Boston for everyone, so many golden opportunities even odd man rushes and we miss the net by a mile

I think Boudreau talked about it in his last interview - that guys are trying to pick the perfect corner, and he's getting them to just shoot without getting too cute

Hence the importance of the addition of Rutherford.
