-DLC-
So this isn't looking great (might be more updates that I don't know about): Flames - Elias Lindholm, Noah Hanifin, Milan Lucic and Sean Monahan, Andrew Mangiapane, Brad Richardson, Adam Ruzicka, Chris Tanev and Nikita Zadorov. The Flames did not identify the staff member joining them. Hurricanes - Sebastian Aho, Seth Jarvis and a staffer entered the protocol Monday and Ian Cole, Steven Lorentz, Jordan Staal and Andrei Svechnikov tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, the team announced. Islanders - Mathew Barzal Avalanche - Devon Toews Oilers - Ryan McLeod, Dave Tippett Bruins - FaceLicker Brad Canucks - Luke Schenn, Juho Lammikko, Brad Hunt and Tucker Poolman 2 1
flat land fish
Seems like our d must have caught it from some Carolina forwards and then passed it amongst themselves. Be surprised if we play another game this week.

They then tested everyone both Monday and Tuesday and that is where Lammiko's and then Hunt and Poolman's came from respectively.
Jaimito
As of yesterday. Add Bergeron today. Marchand has been licking him. Flames almost matching canucks last Apr when they had 22 players and coaches. At least they are all vaccinated and likely to be ok. StanleyCupOneDay
17 NHL teams with at least 1 player out due to COVID. Yikes.
Coconuts
Gonna be interesting to see the results over the next couple days, our D is already a makeshift bunch Edited December 15, 2021 by Coconuts
erkayloomeh
I find it all pretty confusing. We are talking about the possibility of the league shutting down. Postponing games because a few players tested positive. Yet there are 15-20 thousand people at these games. I like the Chinese proverbs. Sum ting Wong.

But if you won't get vaccinated and still want to sit beside someone indoors who is at risk then you're a selfish ass. Why should you have freedom with no responsibility? when did that become a thing? ^This.

Omicron is avoiding the two-shot doses of vaccine. That's why in the US the CDC is really pushing boosters. However, vaccinated people who get an Omicron breakthrough are not getting as sick nor are they being hospitalized, so this is still a generally a pandemic of the unvaccinated.

I had my booster about a month ago and that's how mine went down. Being in healthcare, I got mine pretty early. Right now we are dealing with mutations in the unvaccinated community. Those hosts allow the virus to mutate freely. All of us vaccinated, can still contract the virus, all be it in vastly decreased rate. Boosters are likely to be mandated, and it's necessary. Unfortunately, this pandemic will continue until the last group of people decide to finally do their part and get the vaccine to stop the outbreaks and further mutations. The great irony, is the most vocal group of people using the variants as the reasons why vaccines don't work, are the sole reason why the virus is mutating and the reason why we are still stuck in this loop. 1 5 2
