I work at a middle class school, not rich, not poor.  Parents don't want to shell out the money or they don't have the time to sacrifice for hockey.  That's been the norm at every school I've worked at in the last 10 years.  For the cost of one kid to play hockey, they whole clan can play ski in the winter and play soccer in the spring

Arent sticks like 200-500 bucks

I like that other country teams have improved over the years and it's not always Canada that is dominating. It makes the games more interesting to watch.

THANK YOU!!!

I want all my sports to have competition I hate when one team is dominating all the time.

Despised the Patriots and never was a fan of the "dynasty teams".

The modern sports era is so much better for fans of small market and small money teams. Can thank salary caps for that.

The same team and player's that is not greatness that is just boring. If you want to watch the same historically stacked big money teams dominate all the time maybe people can watch club soccer or something? ;)

When I was a kid my family had barely enough money to feed us. I wasn’t able to play hockey until I was 14 but I did it on my own. I had 3 paper routes that took me 3 hours to do after school. I paid my way in myself and Im a goalie.
