I don't think people have issues when the work is done by artists like this. But the OP was "crappy" tattoos.

Sure, plenty of bad art in the world...regardless of the canvas.

What I stated is true though. People with tattoo's don't care that those that aren't are really plain looking....B)

thats true, the gawkers have lots of opinions

I don't have any but my daughter does. We helped pay for good artists for her, because being a kid she just would have gone out and got them anyway from someone crappy.

the only thing that gives me the heebie jeebies are the eyebrow piercings, they look like something left over from surgery to me.

I got my first tat 30 years ago when I was a pro drummer.

Luckily I was around quite a few great up and coming artists. I was able to get pieces by Steve Moore, Adam Sky, Dave Green, Teresa ( Elctro lady lux), and a few more. Some of these people went on to have amazing careers. Steve Moore is renowned. Dave Green is my main artist now, he owns Sacred Heart in Vancouver, I highly recommend. https://www.instagram.com/davegreentattoo/

You're smart to pay well for good artists...it is permanent ( well, now we do have laser removal but you get me..)

Before I got back into martial arts I had some piercings.

You'll be happy to hear my stupid eyebrow one was ripped out. I agree, not the look for me in retrospect, I dont know what I was thinking ....I'll blame rock and roll.

yeah my wife and I had the conversation, "well I guess she'll do it anyway..." so yeah a few hundred bucks here and there and at least they look quite nice.

I can't remember the artist names, Nomi Chi I think was one of them?

I’m loaded with tattoos.
Some are awesome, some are really dumb.
All are great quality, but I definitely don’t take a lot of them seriously.

Only 2-3 out of……. I dunno… 100 have any meaning whatsoever.
The rest are just cool.  Lol.

I think a lot of people take tattoos too seriously and take the fun out of them.
