Wouldn't CGY losing be better for us? They have more games in hand and are further ahead of us

First my bad, meant to write EDM. Been a looooong day. Second I guess it depends on how you look at where we are in the standings. If you’re wanting every team ahead of us to lose so we have more chances to win a playoff spot then yes EDM winning would be better for us. If you look at it like I do in that .6 and higher points percentage teams aren’t possible to catch and to only want teams less then that to lose so we have a better overall chance to get any playoff spot with less places available then no it’s not. I do hope Calgary loses games in the future, but vs a lesser points percentage team, I want the lesser percentage team to lose. Just different ways to look at the whole picture.
