Haven't kept an eye on Mikey D recently and not sure if he's put in much time with Ian but i think so, and it's time we got another look at him and see how he reacts to the pressure will be a good indication of how far his development has brought him. Edit.. hmmm 13 games played for Abby and a 3.19 GAA and a 0.89% are certainly not eye opening by any stretch but can also be a misleading stat depending on the overall team D as well as the Dmen in front of him and the D is Abby is average-ish, but other things too, so who knows. Guess we're probably going to see by the looks of it... but wow talk about out of the frying pan into the fire! FLA is not the team you want to put him out against but... what do you do right? The problem is that Edmonton doesn't have any NHL quality D other than Nurse, who is overpaid, and Keith, who has severe character issues.
Hairy Kneel
Time to move the locker room to a conference hall or concourse area. Locker rooms don't have enough air circulation.
Sapper
BC has now lifted minimum isolation requirements fir fully vaxxed but mild symptoms to only until the person feels well enough and then rhey can return to full activities Given that all players on the nucks are fully vaxxed if the player feels up to it why can't they play noe ? Getting tired of seeing multiple players on our team getting covid every game. Makes it look like a circus, NHL should just teat only symptomatic players. We are losing points because of this BS.

Yeah enough is enough. If the players are well, just play them. If the players are sick then have them isolate. We cant keep going like this, at some point they need to lift these restrictions. UK is starting to do it and so has switzerland and other countries. Its becoming more of an endemic now.

Everytime we declare that we've had enough and it's time to live with it and take off restrictions it backfires, tragically, and it hurts that much more when restrictions return We have to live with it, but we're not going to just let it have a free for all. Thats only if you dont get tested with a positive outcome. it’s basically to have less pressure on the testing systems
GreyHatnDart
Wild how a positive test, even asymptomatic or lightly so, means you don't get to play. Players as passionate as Miller and Demko must be getting beyond pissed off.

Wtf lol Never said it was a false positive. Vaccinated people are able to test negative after 5 days since they typically don’t have symptoms and the virus is eliminated fairly quickly. That’s why quarantine rules were lowered to 5 days
Me_
Screw them all players. They’re millionaires and professional athletes. They can handle all the Covid the world throws at them. Us fans demand great goaltending and a Cup. Thats our priority in life and everything like that. Edited January 25, 2022 by Me_
