Vaccinated people are able to test negative after 5 days since they typically don’t have symptoms and the virus is eliminated fairly quickly.

 

That’s why quarantine rules were lowered to 5 days

Am vaccinated and still have symptoms after one week. Although am just double vaccinated and didnt have the booster yet.

You have to still use common sense.  I had symptoms for a day and my wife had them for a week.  The only thing with the 5 day rule is yoyo’s who have no common sense.
