there really isn't a need to label them they usually show us who they are in typical ways, like causing unnecessary annoyance or harm. Or being stubborn about old beliefs about who should be allowed to work where.

I have posted the definition of the word asshole.

Other people an find at least one of those traits in all of us.

Does that make us all assholes ?

My Aunt Betty said directly to my Dad many years ago. And it's a great mantra.

"There's only two types of people in the world. Assholes, and everyone else."

Moral of the story don't be an asshole to yourself, and others.

Miss you Aunt Betty.

Pyshcologist's say there are 5 major personality types or the " five factor model".

They are

Conscientiousness

Extroversion

Agreeableness

Openness to experience

Neuroticism

Of course there are a few sub categories.

My Aunt's theory is more fun.

well, yes. We're all that person at one time or another. What earns a person the permanent label is how often they do those things, if its more than 51% of the time I'd say yes.

4 years*.  On that note, I feel horrible for whichever fanbase had their GM sign that deal.  Poor people must have suffered with decision-making like that happening.

Actually Roussel was worth the money when signed... but his bad knee injury changed the situation... he was not the same player when he came back.

Only in Vancouver was he worth that money and term.

Hope this helps.

If we're honest Roussel was an element missing from the roster, they also looked for Ferland to bring that as it was all came about when Dorsett was forced to retire. Still the role is unfilled and i suspect they'll be looking around. I see MacEwen went toe totoes with Chara, not a good ending

Or maybe sign for 3 million but don't make it 4 years ? Benning did like handing out term to players (case in point Poolman)

Well, goal-scoring and defending was also missing from the roster and they never got addressed.  The guys in charge didn't exactly know what to target when it came to free-agency.
