NHL tried too hard to make it appear exciting but it comes off worst than the skill competition of prior years. The fountain challenge was kind of cool and the speed skating was good but the rest has been kind of boring

Oh my, this really is awful. I’d be ashamed if I were one of those all stars. They’re selling the product like it’s a massive joke. The Vegas influence has only magnified what the skills competition and all star game have become.

Not designed to entertain hockey fans but the fringe masses.  I feel sorry for the players that resemble trained seals for this.

Yea i agree.  I used to love the 90s skills competion.  If there was anything circusy about it, it was spontaneous and unexpected.
