Only mentioning it because what does Bruce do without Miller?  EP/Horvat/BB or Garland would be our "loaded" first line.   And what would our second line look like ... Pearson - blank - BB or Garland.   Scary.

Personally I would go with

 

Dickinson - Miller - Boeser

Pearson - Horvat - Hoglander

Podkolzin - Pettersson - Garland

Motte - Lammiko - Highmore

That's fine - but my question was, what would our top six look like without Miller?    Given all the talks about trading him given his stock is sky high right now ...

i like hughes with schenn but that's not fixing the defense, that's putting a band aide on it. someones has to go. i still believe that JT wants to play in the usa. if we could get a top 4 rd for boeser i'ld go that way but a big contract that other teams want has to go.

what are teams willing  to give us for any of our core? will JT resign here when his contract is up? can we afford it?
