Yea the Jets and Preds aren’t slowing down and then the Stars have games in hand.

Need the Knights to keep stumbling and the Oilers to start getting the goaltending they got during the middle of the season.

But of course none of it will mean anything if the Canucks can’t string some wins together.

That's the big one. We'll see how they do over this next stretch, no easy games on the horizon.

I’m hoping that it was the trade deadline rumors messing with their heads and that the team goes on a tear not having to worry about that anymore. The guys can just play now for the rest of the season. We’ll see after the Avs game whether the mental aspect was a factor in their previous recent performances.

Motte and his new team getting stomped by the Devils in his first game.

Motte a -1 so far.

Rags are taking a big gamble that their young players will soon be able to take over for their older declining guys.  Big mistake.  Panarin, Zib, Krieder, Trouba are all going to be going backwards soon and their young guys aren't not ever going to come even close to those levels.  They should have went all in right now.  They will fall back a lot in  2 years.  F em.

7-3 Devils over Rags.  Laugher is a bustaroo bonsai.  Thank goodness we didn't accept the Rags offer with him for JT.

NYR were dumb not to go harder after Miller, that top 6 is softeroo. I'm combining busteroo with soft.

The good news is the Oil lost what looked to be a three point game

The bad news is that the Stars winning further cements that we won't get a wild card

Oh, and that we've got to beat the league leading Colorado Avalanche tomorrow for it to matter

Almost a perfect night if No Save Dave could stop a puck.

Need a big comeback from the Preds!

Not sure we can catch the Oilers or the Kings. They don't seem to have bad stretches as of late. They seem to bounce back. Even with Doughty out the Kings are still a good and experienced team.

Golden Knights on the other hand are a bit more of a mess with injuries.

Dallas is the team we have to worry about since they seem to be okay with playing with key guys out and they have games in hand being already ahead. They just jumped ahead of the Golden Knights for the 2nd Wildcard spot too with that win over the Oilers.

None of this will matter if we don't play well the next 7. Better hope Vegas still have key guys out or don't catch fire before they play us, they play Seattle twice and the Hawks before they play us.

I said it before look at the games in hand with the wild card teams. We weren’t catching them anyways.

The 3rd slot is the one we need to be eyeing.
