I had picked the Avalanche in 5. I think the Predators will win one of their games at home and then the Avalanche will end the series in Colorado.

So, only the Avalanche and Hurricanes have a 2-0 series lead. Every other series is tied 1-1.

Ingram was in net when they had a 4-0 lead over Arizona and went on to lose the game 5-4 - that loss in their final game had them drop to wildcard 2 and face Colorado instead of Calgary.  Game 81 was an OT win against Colorado with Rittich in net.

Fair, but Rittich has played many years and has looked like ECHL trash in every single one of them.  I'd rather trust David Ayres than that sieve.

In the West maybe one of Minnesota/St Louis but definitely not a team you want to spot a 2 game lead to.

I think we are going to see an Avs’ v Leafs Cup.  

Avs will win.  Cale Makar gets the Conn Smythe.

Lots of empty seats in Nashville.  Several NHL teams (in the US) are losing fan interest fast.  Vegas had a big drop in TV viewership.  Seeing all those empty seats in Nashville for gam3 three, after their club came so close in game two kind of shows how US markets can disappear fast.

Avs’ goalie just got a stick right into his eye.  Looks really really bad.  Those masks should never have openings big enough for a stick to get through.  And a guy’s stick that does get through should be immediately checked to see if it was shaved down at the tip.  Man, that looks so bad for that goalie.  Really scary stuff.

Guess the NHL has decided they want the Avs through. That was an absolutely brutal on the 4th goal. Textbook goalie interference and the blown call costs not one but two goals.
