That end of season presser was rough.   Poile talking of their rebuild and sounding pretty pleased with their season given how they've taken steps, vs media blaming him for not being competitive enough.  There's a significant gap in expectations.

Elliotte mentioned on 32 thoughts that Nashville could be a spot where Trotz could end up in a management role too.

Poile was asked about adding Trotz.  He was also asked about his own position and whether he is grooming his son to take over.  Says he has full backing of ownership and doesn't plan on stepping down and that there are no succession plans.  He's not against adding to the front office but for now it looks like they'll carry on as is.
