From them I'd prefer, in order: C: Paul, Domi D: Lyubushkin, Zadorov W: Mikheyev, Marchment I think Paul, Loobie and Mikheyev could provide most of what the other options do, at a cheaper price, but the other guys would be fine too just would require clearing more cap. Trochek would be high on my list too and is better age wise. Don’t want what Domi brings, my goodness he is over-rated here. He is not worth the big contract having 1 big season.. Really, Kadri is better than Miller but cap space wise this could be a strategy the Canucks look to. Get a young RHD and picks for Miller on a contending team who need Miller's low cap hit, and then bring in Kadri, Trochek or Copp. The team would still be progressing and the Canucks would offer Miller's eventual extension contract to someone slightly younger instead. Would be a big, big fan of adding Nicolas Delauriers to the 4th line with Juho and Lockwood/Highmore. Zadorov is left handed not RHD as the OP suggests, but he can play the right-side. Ultimately would be a good choice for Hughes IMO, and former jr. teammate with Horvat. Would love to see it. Mikheyev is gonna have a breakout next year, I can feel it. Would love if it happened on the Canucks. Niederreiter had his best offensive season under Boudreau, and brings some size and physical play to the top-6 - would be a good replacement if Hoggie or Garland are moved. He's a player I have always really liked. I would like the Canucks to sign one more goalie close to Martin's level, so there's some internal competition for the back-up spot and then in Abbotsford as well. Corey Schneider comes to mind. I would not want to sign Kadri 31 and he will want 4--5 years X 5.5 - 6 million range after 1 big season point wise.. We need to have cap space try and move Miller for package of youth, RD under 23, ( top 7 roster player under 25) , (1st rounder 2022 ) Try and move Myers 32 RD retain 1 million of his 6 million-- Only move Myers if we have another RD to fill his 20-22mins in tough roles.. Horvat extension this summer - 6 yrs X 6.5 -6.9 million range Boeser contract RFA wil have to be done soon..Try and get AAV 3 yrs X 6.5 million show me more..Has to be qualified at 7.5 million..
