A big part of the Stanley Cup hangover is accumulated fatigue and they really didn’t have it as bad because of the way the last two seasons went. Having some of their stars on LTIR for extended periods also helped with some of the issues of accumulated fatigue. They are just good too. Not really a good excuse. They still played more hockey than any other NHL team despite the shortened seasons. They are good, yeah.

Just because I have let go of my hatred of the Rags doesn't mean I was ever not a Canuck fan. When Marchand retires I'll let go of my hate for Boston too. I just want to watch good hockey. That is a healthy attitude.

So what you are saying is, "how do you tell a true Canuck fan?" A true Canuck fan must live a life full of hatred I ain't got time for that It seems that Ranger fan was right

D.B Cooper
Tampa is going with the old ‘can’t get hungover if you don’t stop drinking’.
Kragar
Maybe TB just has a really high tolerance, but the hangover's setting in big time now.

DownUndaCanuck
Tampa have had slow starts to all their series but Vasy has kept them in it and then some clutch scoring has won them the series back. Now they face a team who has dominated everyone and never looked beatable all season/post-season and they're not giving Tampa a sniff. I don't think Tampa is getting tired or showing signs of a hangover because they showed their mettle and talent in the previous rounds, but they're just coming up against a team who's in their prime whereas Tampa are at the end of their peak. End of one dynasty and likely the start of a new one if the Avs GM can keep most of this young squad together and keep them complemented with great depth veteran guys.
