Wonder if it's a low AAV which is why they felt comfortable going for such a long term. Edited July 11, 2022 by Shayster007 1
Alflives
Avs are so smart. Excellent signing. Took it to the max years to keep the cap low. We should just blow it up right now and rebuild to compete in a decade.
R3aL
Wonder if they got it close to 5 / szn. He's really saved his career
Elias Pettersson
I predicted 7x7. I almost got the term right. Wonder what the AAV is?
BPA
COL has 16 players signed and $20M cap space. They just won the cup. Embarrassment of riches.

Rebuild=lower ticket prices/lack of fan interest= not as much revenue= NEVER GONNA HAPPEN KAPEESH? Where's Wellwood
And this guy was on waivers earlier in his career. On track to be top 10 pick bust and his career is revived by Colorados system

It’s Sakic so it’s a smart, excellent signing. Lol 1 1
Outsiders
Wow he cashed in. This contract is really ugly if he doesn't produce like he did this year. career high was 34 points before this season, which was his rookie season in DAL Edited July 11, 2022 by Outsiders
EternalCanuckFan
If Nichushkin is getting $6.125M for 8-years, then Horvat is presumably going to at least be in the low $7Ms. I know they play different positions and have different profiles, but centers are generally even more valuable than wingers. Drance was predicting $7.5M for Horvat which is looking like a more reasonable prediction.
