After a few days of thought:

I announce I am stepping down from the GM role of the New York Rangers.

It has been fun, for this short time, and I will miss it.

I thought I could maybe just stay away from the Canuck parts of this forum; but quickly realized I'd feel like a hypocrite.

Canuck board, with Canuck adds, earning the Canucks revenue.

I can't support how they are being run anymore.

Thank you for having me, and take care.

Sorry to see you go bud.

If and when you change your mind and decide to return, you’ll always be welcomed back here.

Cheers Gurn.

When this blows over, hope to see you back!

I am not happy about it, but I haven't been happy with the Canucks since 1979 when i became a fan, with the notable exceptions of 82, 94, 2011 and generally okay with them since Y2k and the Naslund era. Pre nassy this team was worse than it is today...and frankly fluked into two finals.

is what it is, i am excited to see what rises from the ashes. In a way I agree with ALvin and the Chipmunks: teams fire coaches, it happens. The team had a hard time clamping down on the leaks and rumours is the issue...and you can't let rumours run your club, so while incredibly unfortunate: i get it about the long goodbye, i guess they could have fired him two games earler and then fans wouldn't have had a chance to say goodbye, i liked the final two games BRUCE THERE IT IS, the fans at least had class.
